Island Yoga is a practice space located in Alameda's West End offering small, focused classes with teachers well-trained in their respective disciplines. Ongoing classes help students begin, maintain, and grow their practices; in-depth workshops, private lessons, and talks and demonstrations provide an opportunity for further exploration and enjoyment.
